The highlights.

  • Every room, told at an hour of the day. So the guest already pictures the stay.

  • Dates, guests, room and the benefits of booking direct, in one window. Without leaving the page.

  • A table in the restaurant or a private dinner, requested on the website. With allergies, language and time for your team.

  • A question at 23:47, answered in the guest’s language. And the summary, ready for reception.

  • The same house in winter and in summer. One touch and the season changes.

Guests find you somewhere else.

Many guests do not discover a hotel on its own website. They find it on a booking platform, in a magazine or through a friend, then search for its name and open your website, usually on their phone, to see the suite as it really is. That is where they decide where to book: with you, or on the platform, which charges you a commission on every booking.

The law already lets you compete. In Switzerland, since December 2022, booking platforms may no longer impose clauses that stop a hotel offering better prices or conditions on its own website; in the European Union, since November 2024, nor may Booking.com. But guests do not book where the law allows. They book where it feels easiest and safest.

And they come from far away. In 2025, more than half of all hotel nights in Switzerland were spent by guests from abroad. They write in their own language and at their own hour, which is rarely your reservations team’s. That is why I do not design a hotel’s website as a brochure with a booking button. I design it as your best front desk, open through the night.

A restaurant faces the same, only faster. Diners find you in a guide, on a map or through a recommendation, then open your website to see the room, the menu and whether there is a table on Saturday. If the menu is a PDF that cannot be read on a phone, or booking sends them to another site, they move on to the next name on their list.

What your website has to solve.

  1. Booking without leaving your website.

Choosing dates and a suite and paying, or a day, a time and a table, on the page itself, with no jump to a booking engine that looks like another company’s. Any doubt at that moment sends the guest back to the platform.

  2. A reason to book with you.

What a platform does not offer: the exact suite, more flexible cancellation, a transfer from the airport or the table they prefer, only for guests who book on your website.

  3. Your house, not just any house.

Many hotel and restaurant websites look alike: the same images, the same words. Yours starts from your house, your rooms or your dining room, your kitchen and your people, with copy that could only be yours. And the menu sits on the page itself, in every language, not in a PDF to be zoomed on a phone.

  4. The guest’s language and time zone.

German, French, Italian and English in Switzerland, Spanish and English on the Costa del Sol, and Simplified Chinese for guests travelling from Asia. And an answer at midnight, when it is already morning in Shanghai.

  5. More than a booking.

A table for a group, a tasting menu with wine pairing, a treatment in the spa, a chalet with a private chef or a private dinner. Each request reaches your team with dates, number of guests, language, allergies and what the guest expects, ready to answer.

  6. Guest data, protected.

Who stays or dines with you, and when, should never circulate, and an allergy is health data. Forms and concierge compliant with the nFADP and GDPR, collecting the minimum and hosted in Switzerland.

How I build it.

  1. Script before design.

Together we decide what each guest must understand and do on each page, from the first image to the booking, and I write it down before drawing anything.

  2. Designed to measure.

No templates. I direct the photography and video, and the website starts from your house and the way you receive your guests.

  3. Booking and AI Concierge.

With Signature + AI Concierge, an assistant answers in six languages, day and night, books into your hotel’s or restaurant’s system and hands your team a summary ready to read. It does not replace your team.

  4. Fast on mobile.

Google’s Core Web Vitals in green, measured on mobile before delivery. Even with full-screen photography and video.

  5. Hosted in Switzerland.

On servers in Switzerland, under Swiss data protection law, which the European Union recognises as adequate.

  6. One point of contact.

Your management and your sales team deal with me, from the first call to launch.

See it in a concept.

Home page of Hôtel Aurenne, the concept, on a laptop.
The same home page on a phone.

Hôtel Aurenne is a fictional hotel in Gstaad, created to show the standard: direct booking of a room or suite in a window, without leaving the page, a table request for its restaurant, an AI concierge in six languages, and versions in German, French, Italian, English, Spanish and Chinese.

Where to begin.

Everything begins with a study that is deducted afterwards: the diagnostic or, if you only want to automate the website you already have, the automation assessment. Then, whichever service your house needs.

Questions

What I am often asked.

If your question is not here, we will answer it in the diagnostic call.

Do I have to give up Booking.com and the other platforms?

No. Platforms, for hotels and for restaurants, bring you guests who might never have found you otherwise. Your website is there so that those who have already found you, and those who return, book directly with you. What you offer in return for a direct booking, we decide together.

Will it work with my booking engine, PMS or table reservation system?

The website connects to the booking engine, PMS or table reservation system you already use, with your real availability and rates. I do not ask you to change systems. How it fits into the design, so that guests can book without leaving the page, I check in the Strategic Diagnostic, before the price is fixed.

And if I run a restaurant without a hotel?

Then it is for you too. A restaurant needs the same at a different scale: diners who see the room and the menu in their own language and book a table on your website, and groups, private dinners and events that reach your team with everything needed to reply. The scope, and with it the price, I set in the Strategic Diagnostic.

Which languages can the website be in?

Those of your guests. In Gstaad, St. Moritz or Zermatt it usually starts with German and English; in Verbier or around Lake Geneva, with French and English; in Ticino, with Italian; on the Costa del Sol, with Spanish and English. And Simplified Chinese, with its own typography and its own price and date formats.

Where is my guests’ data stored?

The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland, under Swiss data protection law, and also complies with the GDPR. If it includes the AI Concierge, I set out in writing which services are involved and where they process the data before it is switched on.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

A Web Signature starts at CHF 20,000 (€21,400) and takes eight to ten weeks; Signature + AI Concierge starts at CHF 32,000 (€34,300) and takes ten to twelve. A fixed price, with 50/30/20 payments. If what you need fits into fewer pages, Web Essential starts at CHF 13,000 (€13,900), to the same standard. First comes the Strategic Diagnostic, CHF 3,500 or €3,750, deducted in full. If you want the new website live before a season, it is wise to start about three months ahead.

Your guest has already reached your door. Your website decides whether they come in.

Begin with the Strategic Diagnostic. I study your website, your competitors and how your bookings reach you, and we go through it together in a 50-minute call.
