Rescue Sprint.
For the website that already exists and is costing you clients: slow, confusing on mobile, poorly translated or bringing no enquiries. In three to four weeks I rebuild the key pages and put speed, SEO and lead capture right, without starting over. And if a rescue is not enough, I tell you before we begin.

The key pages, rebuilt.
The ones that decide whether a client writes to you, chosen in the diagnostic: up to six. I rebuild them entirely, from script to design.
Copy that does not read as translated.
The copy on those pages, written afresh in each agreed language as if it were the original. Up to four languages, Chinese included in the count; the exact number is set in the proposal.
Speed on mobile.
Images, fonts and code reworked until all three of Google’s Core Web Vitals are in the green on the pages I rebuild, measured on mobile.
Clear on mobile.
Navigation and buttons designed to be used with one hand, and the way to contact you always in view.
Technical SEO.
Titles, descriptions, headings, indexing and language versions, corrected. If an address changes, the old one redirects to the new, so nothing already earned is lost.
Lead capture.
Forms that ask only for what is needed, and alerts that reach your team the moment an enquiry arrives. Every key page ends in one clear next step.
Measurement within the law.
You will know which page and which language brings in each enquiry, with cookies and forms compliant with the nFADP and the GDPR.

Diagnostic.
The Strategic Diagnostic decides which pages to rebuild and whether a rescue is what your website needs. On that basis I set the scope and the fixed price, and the diagnostic fee is deducted in full.
- Week 1
Script.
I agree with you what each visitor must understand and do on the key pages, and I write the copy before designing.
- Weeks 2 and 3
Design and build.
I rebuild the pages on your current website, fix speed and technical SEO, and set up lead capture. You approve the design before it is built.

Measurement and launch.
I measure every page on mobile and test every form end to end before publishing. You receive the figures from before and after.

- A new website from top to bottom. If more than six pages or almost everything needs rebuilding, what you need is Web Essential or Web Signature, and I will tell you so in the diagnostic.
- New photography and video. Directing them is part of Web Signature.
- The AI concierge. Answering, booking and qualifying enquiries at any hour is Signature + AI Concierge.
- Month-by-month maintenance and improvement. That is the Ongoing Partnership.

What I am often asked.

How do I know whether my website needs a rescue or a new build?
The diagnostic tells you. A rescue works when the foundations hold and the problem lies in specific pages, in speed, in the copy or in lead capture. If the platform is the bottleneck, if your brand has moved on or if almost everything needs redoing, a rescue would be a patch, and I recommend a Web Signature. Buy cheap, pay twice, and I would rather tell you up front.
Do I have to change platform?
Not necessarily. If your platform allows a fast website, well written in your languages, I work on it. If it does not, you will know in the diagnostic, before you sign anything.
How much does it cost?
From CHF 6,000 to 9,000, or €6,400 to €9,700, at a fixed price with 50/30/20 payments. Up to four key pages in two languages cost CHF 6,000; six pages in four languages, the maximum, cost CHF 9,000. If you need more, it is no longer a rescue, and I will recommend Web Essential or Web Signature. The Strategic Diagnostic, at CHF 3,500, is deducted in full.
Can I go straight to the sprint?
No. Without the diagnostic I do not know which pages to rebuild, or whether a rescue is right for you. It is also what allows me to give you a fixed price.
Will I lose what I already have on Google?
It should not happen. I keep the addresses that work and redirect the ones that change. What I do not promise is rankings: no one can, honestly.
What if another agency built my website?
That is the normal case for a rescue. I need access to your website and your domain, and I work with what is there. Your website and your access remain yours.
What happens after the sprint?
Your website is put right and back in your hands. If you want me to keep measuring and improving it, the Ongoing Partnership starts at CHF 3,500 a month, with a minimum of six months.
