Because it is not a sales call. I arrive having already studied your website, your competitors and how you win clients, and you leave with an action plan. If you then commission any other service, the CHF 3,500 is deducted in full.
Why do you not work with templates?
Because your clients recognise them. Every website is designed from scratch around your brand, your audience and your languages, and built to measure.
What does the fixed price include?
Everything agreed in the proposal: design, build, copy in the agreed languages and launch. If the scope changes, it is quoted before the work is done, never after.
How do the 50/30/20 payments work?
They are three payments on a fixed price. The milestone for each one is set out in writing in the contract before we begin.
Where is my website hosted?
On servers in Switzerland, under Swiss data protection law. The European Union recognises Switzerland as offering an adequate level of protection, so it also serves your clients in Spain and the rest of the EU. If your website includes the AI Concierge, I set out in writing which services are involved and where they process the data before it is switched on.
Which languages can my website be in?
Your clients’ languages. In Switzerland these are usually German, French, Italian and English; on the Costa del Sol, Spanish and English. And increasingly, Simplified Chinese, with its own typography and its own price and date formats. Each version is written and optimised for search as if it were the original.
What exactly does the AI Concierge do?
It answers frequent questions, books appointments and viewings, qualifies every enquiry and passes your team only those worth pursuing, with the summary ready. It connects to your diary or CRM and is included in Signature + AI Concierge. It does not give medical diagnoses, nor does it replace your team.
And what about patient and client data?
The concierge is configured in line with the nFADP and GDPR: only the data needed, a clear purpose and access only for those you choose.
Can I automate the website I already have?
Almost always, without rebuilding it. First I carry out the Automation Assessment: I study how your website is built and tell you in writing what can be automated, how, and at what fixed price. It costs CHF 2,000 and is deducted in full from the automations you commission. If your website cannot support it, I tell you, and a new website is quoted like any other.
