Content

The text, design and images on this website belong to its owner and may not be reproduced without permission. The images were generated with artificial intelligence for this website. ARVE Klinik Zürich, Celosía Private Estates and Collège Vaurel are fictional brands, created to show the studio's work.

Data protection

Controller: Daniel Esteban Feo Herrera, contact details above. This notice follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and Spain's data protection act (LOPDGDD).

What data and why

The details you enter in the booking form for the diagnostic or the automation assessment (name, email, company, website, sector, the service you are interested in, currency and language) and anything you send by email. They are used to answer your request, prepare the diagnostic or the assessment and, if you hire the studio, deliver and invoice the work.

To slow down automated submissions, the server keeps a hash of your IP address for one hour. Like any web server, the hosting server also logs technical data for each visit (IP address, time, page and browser) to keep the service secure.

AI assistant

The chat on this website is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. It runs on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. What you type is sent to Anthropic only to generate the answer. Anthropic does not use it to train models and deletes it from its systems within 30 days, unless the law or the security of the service requires keeping it longer.

The studio does not keep conversations on its server: each answer only passes through it while it is being sent to you. If you ask in the chat for Daniel to write to you, he receives by email a summary, the details you gave and the conversation, which are handled like a request sent through the form. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a hash of your IP address for one day.

While the tab is open, the conversation is kept only in your browser, without cookies. The assistant can make mistakes: what it says is not a binding offer. Please do not type health data or information about other people.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps you request and, if you hire the studio, the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations such as tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Who else processes it

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold or passed on to anyone else.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It only stores in your browser the language you choose, to show it to you next time, and, while the tab is open, your conversation with the assistant. Fonts are served from this same server.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to iam@danielestebanfeo.com. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch) or to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
