What I am often asked.
If your question is not here, we will answer it in the diagnostic call.
Is there a free first call?
No. The first call is part of a paid study, the Diagnostic or the Automation Assessment, and I come to it with your case already studied. If you commission work afterwards, the amount is deducted in full.
What language is the call in?
English or Spanish, by video call.
Do you travel to meet?
When the project truly needs it, yes. Almost everything is settled by video call, so you do not lose time travelling.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, which is preferred, or by card. The study is paid when you book it; a project starts with the first payment, on signature.
Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, if you ask, before we start. What I build for one client never reaches another.
